Jean-Christophe HAUGUEL holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Rouen. He also holds a DEA (Master’s degree) in Money, Banking, and Finance from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a certificate in Management & Leadership in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. After teaching at several institutions (NEOMA, ESCE, INSA, CESI, UniLaSalle, IAE Caen, University of Le Havre, University of Rouen), he joined EM Normandie in 2005 as a full-time professor of economics. He then served as head of the Master 2 program in the Grande Ecole Program, Deputy Director of Programs, and, since 2008, Deputy Director General and Director of Programs. He oversees all of the school’s programs (Grande Ecole Program, Bachelor’s, MS, MSc), International Development, competitive entrance exams, Student Life, Continuing Education, IPER, and the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (INSIDE).

In September 2019, he became Dean & CEO of ISC Paris. ISC Paris was founded in 1963. It offers a wide range of programs at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels. The school has historically been located in Paris’s 17th arrondissement and has a rapidly developing campus in the heart of Orléans. The Institute has received four major accreditations from the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research: a Master’s degree for its Master Grande Ecole Program, a Bachelor’s degree for its Bachelor’s program, and two visas for the BBA and MSC.  The school also has four international accreditations: AACSB, BGA, AMBA, and EFMD Accredited Master, all for the maximum duration. ISC Paris is ranked in the TOP 100 of the best European business schools according to the Financial Times, in the TOP 20 of most French rankings, and in the TOP 10 of the best Bachelor’s degrees according to Le Parisien. 

Jean-Christophe Hauguel has been Vice-President of the UGEI (Union des Grandes Ecoles Indépendantes) since 2024, an association of around thirty engineering, management, and creative industry schools. Previously, between 2015 and 2021, he chaired the SIGEM Association, which brings together all management schools that recruit candidates from preparatory classes. He coordinated the “Cordées de l’entrepreneuriat” (Entrepreneurship Networks) program at the national level and the “Innovations Pédagogiques” (Educational Innovations) Working Group within the Management Schools Chapter.”

Professor Colin Turner is an accomplished academic leader and international scholar with more than three decades of experience in strategic management, international business, and higher education leadership. He currently serves at Heriot-Watt University as a Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in International Strategic Management, having previously held major leadership roles including Global Head of the Management Department, Subject Head for Strategy and Enterprise, Programme Leader for International Business Management, and Chair of the Academic Standards Board. His leadership has spanned three international campuses across the UK, UAE, and Malaysia, overseeing multimillion-pound budgets, driving strategic change, and supporting large academic teams.

Professor Turner earned his PhD from Leeds Business School, following earlier degrees from the University of Exeter and the University of Plymouth. His scholarly contributions include more than a dozen monographs with leading publishers such as Routledge, Palgrave, and Edward Elgar, alongside numerous peer-reviewed articles in international journals. His research spans global strategy, infrastructure systems, regional integration, and the evolving digital economy.

He has supervised multiple doctoral projects, served as external examiner for prominent UK universities, and contributed to major research grants including ERASMUS and Horizon 2020 bids. With extensive teaching experience at undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA levels, Professor Turner is widely respected for combining academic rigour, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to educational excellence.
